INGREDIENTS:
- Jack fruit pulp - 15 count
- Sugar - 1 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 4 tablespoon (tbsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Remove skin and de-seed the jack fruit pulp and cut into small pieces.
- In a heavy pan. add jack fruit pieces, sugar. Stir and cook until the sugar melts. Continue stir and cooking for at least 20 minutes until jack fruit plup and sugar comes to thick halva consistency.
- Now add ghee and cook for couple of minutes and serve.
