INGREDIENTS:
- Carrot - 2
- Beetroot - 2
- Sweet potato - 1
- Parsnip - 1
- Chat masala - as required
- Oil - for deep frying
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Wash and slice the vegetables into thin round pieces as we do for chips.
- Dry the sliced vegetable to remove the water in sun.
- Now deep fry the dried vegetables to crispy golden brown.
- Sprinkle chat masala, salt if required to the fried vegetables chips and serve.
