INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boneless Chicken pieces - 1/2 kilogram
  2. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  3. Curd or yogurt - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  4. Vinegar - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Masala powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Tandoori powder - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  9. Oregano - little (optional)
  10. Corn flour - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  11. Egg - 1
  12. Oil - to fry
  13. Salt - as needed.

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl add chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste, yogurt or curd, vinegar, salt and mix well. Marinate this for 15 minutes.
  2. Now to this add tandoori powder, masala powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, corn flour, egg. Mix these well and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Now add oregano if you like too and mix well.
  4. In a pan heat oil and deep fry the pieces batch by batch in low heat to golden brown and serve. NOTE: make sure chicken pieces are cooked.

NOTES:

  1. goes well with curd, rasam rice.
