INGREDIENTS:
- Bhajji batter - 1 cup
- Potato - 1
- Brinjal or egg plant - 1
- Plantain - 1
- Oil - to fry
PREPARATION:
- Clean the potato and slice them like for potato chips. Do the same with brinjal or egg plant.
- Peal the skin for the plantain, and slice them vertically.(like chips)
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350 F. Take each slice of the brinjal or potato or plantain dip and coat well with the batter.
- Deep fry them until it turns golden brown and server them hot.
