- Milk - 1/4 liter
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Rose milk essence - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Almond gum (badam pisin) - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Soak almond gum in water overnight. Drain water and keep it aside.
- Boil milk and cool it down.
- Now add sugar, rose essence to milk, 1/4 cup of water and mix well.
- Now add the almond gum (badam pisin) mix well and serve.
- If like to serve cool keep in the refrigerator and serve.
