INGREDIENTS:

  1. Dosai or Idli batter - 2 cups
  2. Onions - 4
  3. Green chili - 4
  4. Ginger - 1 inch
  5. Cilantro - 10 leaves
  6. Salt - taste
  7. Oil - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut onions into fine pieces.
  2. Cut green chili into fine pieces
  3. Clean and cut ginger into fine pieces.
  4. Cut cilantro leaves into fine pieces.
  5. Add the cut ingredients, salt to the batter and mix them well.
  6. Heat the flat iron skillet or non-stick tawa pan well.
  7. Pour a spoonful of batter in the center, spread with the back of the spoon to a thin round.
  8. Pour a tsp. of ghee or oil over it. Remove with spatula when crisp and serve.
