In a pan heat oil. add mustard seeds, dry chili (broken), curry leaves. Once the mustard stop splattering add green chili, ginger, onion, little salt and sauté until the onion turns translucent (golden brown).
Bring the heat to low and add the puttu and mix well.
Now add kuzhambu gravy and mix well until the puttu is well coated with gravy and serve.
Goes well with evening snake with tea or coffee
You can use chicken, mutton, salana, vegetable gravy.
