Blanch the spinach leaves. i.e. boil water and add the leaves. Right away remove the boiling pan with leaves from heat. Now grind the spinach leaves into fine thick paste.
Cut and boil the beet root. Once its boiled grind to a thick paste in mixer.
Divide the flour into 2 portions. Now make dough by adding spinach as you do for puri with one portion. with other make dough by adding beet root paste like we for puri. NOTE: sprinkle water if needed and salt to taste
Now make big goose berry size ball from the two dough.
Now take one ball from each (spinach and beet root). Make a ball and flatten it to thin round sheet. Deep fry this to golden brown and serve. repeat the same with rest of the balls.
