INGREDIENTS:
- Cucumber - 3
- Soy sauce - 4 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Vinegar - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Water - 2 cup
- Salt - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Slice the cucumber into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Now sprinkle salt and mix well until the Cucumber slices coated well. Marinate this for 30 minutes. Wash the cucumber to remove salt and keep it aside.
- To water add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Now add the cucumber slices into the water solution. Keep this in freezer (refrigerator) for a week and serve.
