INGREDIENTS:

  1. Maida flour - 200 grams
  2. Oil - 1 ladle
  3. Salt - a needed

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl sift maida flour, salt. Add water as needed and make a soft dough. Divide the soft dough into equal small portion and make small round balls.
  2. Now press the dough balls with rolling pin into a thin round sheet (new paper thick ness). NOTE: coat the surface with little maida flour before you roll them into thin sheet.
  3. Roll the thin sheets into a roll (refer image below) and coat well with oil and keep it aside.
  4. With hand press the rolled dough's into a small flat round sheet (like small puri).
  5. Heat a skillet add oil as needed. Now cook the flatten round sheet until it is cooked both side and serve.
  6. Cook the rest of the parotta this way.
