  1. Paneer - 1 packet
  2. Mint leaves - 10
  3. Onion - 3 small
  4. Green chili - 3
  5. Cashews - 10
  6. Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.) or as needed
  7. Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp) or as needed
  8. Ghee - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  9. Oil - for frying
  10. Coriander leaves - for garnishing
  11. Salt - to taste


  1. Grind onion, green chili, cashews into a fine paste by adding little water as possible.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the Paneer and keep it aside.
  3. Heat a pan add ghee when its melted add the ground paste and cook until raw smell is gone.
  4. Now add the mint leaves and sauté for 2 min.
  5. Now add the garam masala powder, chili powder and salt to taste and cook until ghee separates.
  6. Now add a cup of water (or water as needed) and bring to boil. Cook this until oil floats.
  7. Now add the fried paneer and cook until the right thickness as needed and serve.
