INGREDIENTS:

  1. Baby corn - 1/2 kilogram
  2. Chopped onion - 2
  3. Chopped tomato - 2
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Fresh cream - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Unsalted butter - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Coriander leaf - little
  11. Cinnamon stick - a small piece
  12. Clove - 1
  13. Bay leaf - 1
  14. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. In a pan heat oil. Now add cinnamon stick, clove, bay leaf and sauté until aroma is released.
  2. Now add the chopped onion and sauté until they turn translucent.
  3. Now add the ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell is gone.
  4. Now add the chopped tomato and sauté until they turn mushy and start to release oil.
  5. Now add the chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and sauté until the raw smell is gone.
  6. Now add the baby corn, water as needed and cook.
  7. Once the corn is cooked and oil starts to separate add the fresh cream and cook until it becomes thick with oil separated
