INGREDIENTS:

  1. Iddiyappam - 3
  2. Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
  3. Cashew - 12
  4. Raisins - 12
  5. Cinnamon stick - 1 inch (broken into pieces)
  6. Cloves - 4
  7. Ghee - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Break iddiyappam into small pieces, add coconut milk mix well and keep it aside.
  2. In a pan melt the ghee, add cinnamon stick, cloves cook, cashew, raisins and cook until cashew turns golden brown and raisins plump up.
  3. Now add the iddiyappam sauté and cook for 3 minutes and serve.
