INGREDIENTS:

  1. Gim (dried laver seaweed) - 1
  2. Carrot - 1
  3. Cucumber - 1
  4. Egg - 1
  5. White radish - 1
  6. Cooked rice - 2 handful
  7. Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Chop carrot into a long thin slices.
  2. Chop cucumber into a long thin slices.
  3. Chop white radish into a long thin slices.
  4. Beat the egg and make omelet. Cut the omelet into thin long slices.
  5. Add salt, black pepper to cooked rice and mix well.
  6. -- rolling kim bap --
    1. Place a sheet of seaweed(“kim”) on the bamboo mat and evenly spread a layer of rice in the center of it.
    2. Now place the vegetables, egg slices on the rice.
    3. Roll it up gently using bamboo mat
    4. Remove the bamboo mat and cut roll into pieces about 1 inch thick and place it plate and serve.
