Break eggs into a bowl, add turmeric powder, salt to taste and beat well.
In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, split black gram. When mustard seed stop splattering.
Add onion, green chili and cook until onion turns translucent (golden brown).
Now add the beaten egg and cook the egg stirring continuously in low flame until the egg is cooked until the egg pieces are fluffed and dry. NOTE: scrap the pan if egg stick to it or cook in non-stick pan
