INGREDIENTS:

  1. Egg - 3
  2. Shallot or small onion - 15
  3. Hot green chili - 1
  4. Masala powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp)
  5. Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Butter or Oil - 2 tablespoon (tbsp)

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut onion, hot green chili into fine pieces.
  2. Beat eggs along with cut onions, hot green chili, masala powder, black pepper powder, salt.
  3. Heat a skillet apply butter or oil. pour the egg mixture in.
  4. As the omelette starts to set, lift an edge of the omelette with a spatula and tilt the pan so that the runny, unset portion of the omelette can run underneath and start to set. Repeat on the opposite side
  5. Once done serve.
