INGREDIENTS:

  1. Noodles - 1 packet
  2. Noodles masala - 1 packet
  3. Onion - 2
  4. Carrot - 1
  5. Peas - 1/4 cup
  6. Tomatoes - 1
  7. Egg - 1
  8. Hot green chili - 2
  9. Oil - 2 tablespoon (tbsp)
  10. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut onion, carrot, tomatoes, green chili into find pieces.
  2. Boil the peas and keep it aside.
  3. Fry the egg in oil and keep it aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan add cut onion and cook until it turns golden brown. Now add cut green chili, tomatoes and cook until oil separates.
  5. Now add the cooked peas, cut carrots, noodles masala, 1/4 cup water and cook for 7 min.
  6. Now add the noodles and cook until is done.
