INGREDIENTS:

  1. Egg - 3
  2. Ghee - as needed
  3. Finely chopped green beans - 250 grams
  4. Chopped green chili - 4
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Chopped Coriander leaf - little for garnish.
  7. Finely chopped onion - 2
  8. Curry leaf - little
  9. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Now add onion, curry leaves, green chili and sauté until the onion turn translucent.
  2. Now add green beans and sauté.
  3. Now add turmeric powder, salt and sauté until the green beans is cooked.
  4. Now break the egg and add. Stir and cook until the egg is cooked and does not stick to each other. (like we do for scrambled egg)
  5. Before you remove from heat add the coriander leaves and serve.
