INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boiled Egg - 4
  2. Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
  3. Cloves - 2
  4. Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  5. Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  6. Onion - 2
  7. Tomatoes - 2
  8. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  9. Hot chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  12. Cumin seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  13. Shredded Coconut - 1/4 cup

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind coconut into a fine paste.
  2. Grind cumin seed, black pepper into a fine paste.
  3. Cut onion, tomatoes into fine pieces.
  4. Heat oil in a pan add cinnamon stick, cloves and stir for 30 sec.  Add the cut onion until it turns golden brown.
  5. Now add ginger , garlic paste and cook until the raw smell goes away. Now add the cut tomatoes and cook until oil separates.
  6. Now add cumin seed and black pepper paste, coconut paste, Hot chili powder, turmeric powder, salt  and cook until oil separates. (add little water if needed)
  7. Now add the boiled egg and cook for another 4-5 min and serve.
