Break the eggs in a bowl. Add turmeric powder, little salt and beat well.
Heat oil in a pan. Add fennel seeds once they start spluttering add onions, green chilies and sauté until the onion translucent (golden brown.)
Reduce the heat to low flame, add egg mix and stir the mixture well as eggs are broken into pieces and gets cooked (not more than 3 to 4 minutes) or until they become like popcorn. i.e. until all the moisture is gone.
