INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boiled egg - 4
  2. Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Salt - as needed
  7. Oil - 4 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut the egg into two (vertical) half and keep it aside.
  2. Mix coriander powder, chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt.
  3. In a pan heat oil. once the oil is heated up reduce the heat to simmer.
  4. Now place the egg pieces yolk up. Sprinkle the masala powder mixture (not all) and fry for 30 to 60 seconds .
  5. Now flip over the egg sprinkle more masala powder mixture and fry for 30 to 60 seconds and serve.
