INGREDIENTS:

  1. Egg - 1
  2. Black pepper powder -1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Butter - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Salt - 1 pinch

PREPARATION:

  1. In a broad pan or kadai; fill half with water and bring to boil. Now bring the flame down and simmer.
  2. Now break the egg whole into the simmering hot water.
  3. Cook this for two minutes or the egg is hardened. Drain the water completely.
  4. Now sprinkle black pepper powder, salt, little butter when its hot then serve.
