INGREDIENTS:

  1. Punjabi black pepper papadam - 5 big
  2. Chopped onion - 150 gram
  3. Chopped tomato - 150 gram
  4. Chopped cucumber - 1
  5. Grated carrot - 2
  6. Chopped coriander leaf - as needed
  7. Chaat masala powder - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Sugar - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Omam powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Salt - as needed
  11. Oil - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Coat papadam with little oil and roast it oven or stove top. You can also fry in oil.
  2. Once the papadam cooled a bit. Spread onion, tomato, cucumber, carrot in layer.
  3. Now sprinkle salt, chaat masala powder, sugar.
  4. Finally sprinkle omam powder, coriander leaf. Do this for each papadam and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Children and adult with love this equally.
