Boil potato and carrot. Drain the liquid and mash them.
In a pan heat oil. add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chili and sauté until they become translucent (golden brown).
Now add chili powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, salt and sauté until the raw smell is gone.
Now add the mashed the potato and carrot and mix well. Once all get together Cool this down and make cutlets in shape of kolukattai.
Remove the dark edges from bread. soak your hand in water and press the bread slice. Place the cutlet on one side of the bread and roll the other side so it covers the culet. Now seal the two sides by dipping finger in water.
In a pan heat oil for frying. Now deep fry the bread rolls to golden brown and serve.S
