Drum stick leaves (murungai keerai) - 1/2 cup (Chopped)
Chopped Onion - 1
Cumin seed - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
Asafoetida powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
Salt - as needed
Soak Thinai (foxtail Millet), Spit Bengal gram, Spit black gram in water for minimum 3 hours. Drain the water and grind it to batter by adding water as needed. NOTE: batter should be dosai consistency.
In a pan heat little oil. Sauté onion and Drum stick leaves (murungai keerai). Now add this to batter and beat well.
