INGREDIENTS:

  1. Kalyana murugai leaf - 10 to 12 leaf
  2. Raw rice - 1 cup
  3. Dry ginger - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Oil - as needed
  5. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Remove the fiber in the middle of the leaves.
  2. Soak rice in water for 1 hour.
  3. Grind soaked rice, leaves, salt and grind to a thick batter. Now add dry ginger and beat well.
  4. Heat a skillet and coat with oil.
  5. Now make take batter to a size on orange and spread it. Now sprinkle oil around the adai once its cooked flip and cook the other side and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Cooking time: 30 minutes
  2. Healthy adai for diabetic, Cholesterol, bone loss, reduce inflammation and for common cold.
