Soak overnight black chick peas, horse gram, parboiled rice, split Bengal gram, green gram. Drain water and keep it aside.
Soak whole wheat rava for 1 hour. Soak barley for 2 hours. Drain water and keep it aside.
In a blender or wet grinder add water as little as needed and grind parboil rice for few minutes, then add black chick peas, horse gram, green gram, whole wheat rava, barley and grind to batter, At the end add the split Bengal gram and grind for 1 or 2 minute.
Add salt as need and mix well the batter. Batter should be like dosai batter.
Heat the flat iron skillet or non-stick tawa pan with coat of oil.
Pour a spoonful of batter in the center, spread with the back of the spoon to a thick round.
Once this side is cooked, flip over and cook until the adai dosai is cooked on the other side.
