INGREDIENTS:

  1. Potato - 3
  2. Ginger - 1 inch
  3. Garlic - 4 clove
  4. Fennel seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.) or as needed
  6. Salt - as needed
  7. Oil - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Skin and cut the potatoes into small size pieces.
  2. Grind ginger, garlic, fennel seeds, chili powder by adding little water as possible.
  3. In a bowl add the potato pieces, ground paste mix well and marinate in fridge (freezer) for 1/2 an hour.
  4. In a pan heat oil and spread the potato pieces and roast them until they are cooked and crispy then serve.
