INGREDIENTS:

  1. Cooked parotta - 4
  2. Finely chopped or sliced onion - 1
  3. Cooked chick peas - 1/2 cup
  4. Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Finely chopped green chili - 2
  7. Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Shredded carrot - 1
  10. Chopped green beans - 15
  11. Chopped bell pepper (capsicum)  - 1
  12. Copped coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
  13. Oil - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  14. Salt - to taste.

PREPARATION:

  1. Break the parotta into small pieces.
  2. In pan heat oil add onion and cook until it changes to golden brown.
  3. Now add the green chili, ginger paste, garlic paste and cook until raw smell goes away.
  4. Now add the carrot, green beans, capsicum and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
  5. Now add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, chili powder and cook for 2- 3 minutes.
  6. Now add the chick peas, parotta pieces mix well, salt to taste. and cook for few minutes.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Goes with pachadi
