INGREDIENTS:

  1. Capsicum (green color) - 1/4 kilogram
  2. Paneer - 1/4 kilogram
  3. Chopped Onion - 2
  4. Ginger, garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Ajinomoto (MSG) - a pinch
  6. Oil - as needed (olive oil will be good)
  7. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. De-seed the capsicum and chop them into small cubes. Chop paneer into small cubes as well.
  2. In a pan heat oil. Now add the paneer and fry them to golden brown and keep them aside.
  3. Sauté capsicum, Ajinomoto in oil and keep them aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. add onion and sauté until they turn translucent (golden brown). Now add ginger garlic paste until raw smell is gone.
  5. Now add fried, paneer, sautéed capsicum mix well and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Goes well with bread
