Mini idli - 15 to 20 or as needed.
Idli podi - 100 grams
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Curry leaf - as needed.
Dry Roast the curry leaves and powder them in mixer.
Divide the idli podi into 2 equal half. Mix one half with curry leaf powder.
In a non-stick pan melt the half the ghee and add the idli podi and mix well until they blend together. Now add some mini idli and mix gently without breaking the idli until they are well coated. Now cook the rest of idli's like you did before with curry leaf and idli podi mixture.
