INGREDIENTS:

  1. Hot dry chili - 10
  2. Onion (vengayam) - 6 cut into big pieces
  3. Garlic (vellai poondu) - 2 cloves
  4. Oil - 2 tablespoon  (tbsp)
  5. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat a table spoon of oil in a pan and fry the dry chili for 2-3 min and keep aside.
  2. Grind dry chili, onion, garlic, salt into a thick paste (chutney consistency). Add water if needed.
  3. Now chutney is ready to serve.

NOTES:

  1. Goes well with Idli recipes and Dosai recipes
