INGREDIENTS:

  1. Kambu (pearl millet) - 100 grams
  2. Salt, water - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind Kambu (pearl millet) in a mixer by adding little water to consistency of rava.
  2. In a pan heat 1/2 liter of water and bring to boil.
  3. Now add the ground Kambu (pearl millet) along with water, salt if needed. Stir and cook until the Kambu (pearl millet) is cooked.. Do this over night so in the morning. it will be formed to a thick curd.
  4. Serve this with curd or yogurt

NOTES:

  1. Good side dish for this is Thogayal
