In a pan heat oil. add mustard seeds, black gram, garlic cloves, curry leaves and sauté until the garlic sautéed.
Now add onion and sautae until they turn translucent (golden brown).
Now add the green beans, salt as needed and mix well. Place a lid and lower the heat and cook. after 2 minutes add chili powder mix well place a lid and cook until the green beans are cooked. NOTE: stir time to time to avoid burn.
Now sprinkle the powdered pea nut. Mix well. Remove from heat and serve
