Boil and cook the Cauliflower pieces in water for 5 minutes. Drain all the water and keep it aside.
Make a soft dough you do like for Chapati with the ingredients under the section "-- To make batter --". Now add the Cauliflower pieces, little water and mix well until the cauliflower pieces are well coated.
Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the Cauliflower pieces to golden brown and serve.
