INGREDIENTS:

  1. Penne pasta - 1 cup
  2. Prawns - 1/4 cup
  3. Onion - 2
  4. Tomato - 5
  5. Chopped Capsicum - 1
  6. Chopped Zucchini - 1
  7. Garlic - 4 clove
  8. Slit Green chili - 2
  9. Chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Oil - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  11. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Finely chop onion, garlic into small pieces.
  2. Soak tomato in hot water for 5 minutes and remove the skin and grind or mash to paste.
  3. Cook the pasta in water and drain all the liquid. Refer here.
  4. In a pan heat oil, add garlic, onion and sauté until onion become translucent.
  5. Now add tomato paste, salt and cooking until tomato paste is well sautéed.
  6. Now add chopped zucchini, capsicum, slit green chili. Cover and cook this for 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. Now add chili flakes, prawns and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Finally add the cooked pasta mix well and serve.
