INGREDIENTS:

  1. Prawns - 25
  2. Chopped onions - 1
  3. Finely chopped garlic - 5 cloves
  4. Sambar powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  5. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  6. Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp)
  7. Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
  9. Coriander leaves - 10
  10. Chopped bell pepper - 1
  11. Oil - 4 tablespoon (tbsp)
  12. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix sambar powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, salt and prawns and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil add the garlic and cook until it turns light brown.
  3. Add the prawns and cook them well, add water as needed.
  4. Now add the onion, bell pepper and cook until onion turn golden brown.
  5. Now remove it from heat add lemon juice, coriander leaves mix well and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Prawns cooks faster, don't over cook them, it will become chewy.
