INGREDIENTS:

  1. Mutton (goat or lamb) meat - 1/4 kilogram (no bones)
  2. Onion - 3
  3. Tomatoes - 1
  4. Hot green chili - 2
  5. Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  6. Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  7. Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
  8. Cardamom - 2
  9. Hot chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
  10. Oil - 9 teaspoon (tsp)
  11. Coriander leaves - 10
  12. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Clean and cut the mutton into one inch cubes.
  2. Cut onions into vertical slices.
  3. Cut tomatoes, hot green chili into fine pieces. 
  4. In a pressure cooker add cut mutton, ginger paste, garlic paste chili powder, coriander leaves, salt and 3/4 cup of water and pressure cook for 10 whistle. ( you can cook the meat well done in a pan the same way if you don’t have pressure cooker)
  5. In a pan heat oil, add cinnamon stick and cardamom and cook for 2 min.
  6. Now add the cooked mutton, simmer and cook until oil separates and serve.
