Mutton (goat or lamb) meat - 1/4 kilogram (no bones)
Onion - 3
Tomatoes - 1
Hot green chili - 2
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Cardamom - 2
Hot chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
Oil - 9 teaspoon (tsp)
Coriander leaves - 10
Salt - to taste
Clean and cut the mutton into one inch cubes.
Cut onions into vertical slices.
Cut tomatoes, hot green chili into fine pieces.
In a pressure cooker add cut mutton, ginger paste, garlic paste chili powder, coriander leaves, salt and 3/4 cup of water and pressure cook for 10 whistle. ( you can cook the meat well done in a pan the same way if you don’t have pressure cooker)
In a pan heat oil, add cinnamon stick and cardamom and cook for 2 min.
Now add the cooked mutton, simmer and cook until oil separates and serve.
