INGREDIENTS:

  1. Lamb or Goat Meat - 1/2 Kilogram Mutton
  2. Onions - 2
  3. Ripe tomatoes - 2
  4. Salt - To taste
  5. --Ingredients grind to paste:--
    1. Shredded Coconut - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
    2. Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
    3. Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
    4. Black pepper - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
    5. Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
    6. Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
    7. Hot dry chili - 6

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut the goat or mutton into 1 inch cubes and cut onions, tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. grind all the grind ingredients to a find paste
  3. In a heavy pan, heat oil and fry onions until golden brown
  4. When onion is done, add the cut tomatoes and cook until oil separates
  5. Now add the goat or mutton, stir and cook for 5-10 min. Now add the ground paste, salt to taste and water.
  6. Cook the meat until done. or meat is done and the level of gravy you like.
