INGREDIENTS:

  1. Mutton (goat or lamb) blood - 1
  2. Shallots - 30 small
  3. Hot green chili - 6
  4. Mustard seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  5. Split black gram dal - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  6. Cumin seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  7. Oil - 1/4 cup

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut the hot green chili and onions into fine pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan add mustard seed, Split black gram, cumin cook until mustard splatter.
  3. Now add the cut onion and cook until it turns golden brown. Now add the hot green chili and cook for 2-3 min.
  4. Now add the mutton blood, mix and cooking until its done. (all the water is gone and oil separates )
