INGREDIENTS:

  1. Lamb or Goat chops - 1/2 kilogram
  2. Oil - 4 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  3. Finely chopped Onion - 1
  4. Finely chopped Tomato - 1
  5. Tomato paste - from 1
  6. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Finely chopped green chili - 2
  8. Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  11. Garam masala powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  12. Coriander leaf - 10
  13. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat 3 tablespoon (tbsp.) of oil in a pan. Now add the onion and cook until it turns golden brown.
  2. Now add the goat or lamb chops, salt to taste cook for 2 min. Add 1/4 cup of water simmer and cook until the meat is done. NOTE: you can use pressure cooker as well.
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes. Now add the cut tomatoes, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, 1/2 cup of water and bring to boil.
  4. Now add the pureed tomato, coriander leaf, garam masala powder. Cook for 1 - 2 min and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Goes well with paratha.
