INGREDIENTS:

  1. Whole Tilapia fish - 2
  2. Garlic powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
  3. Paprika powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  4. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  5. Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  6. Lemon juice - 3 teaspoon (tsp)
  7. Vinegar - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  8. Oil - as needed
  9. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Clean the fish and pat all the water. Make few cuts on the fish.
  2. Now add garlic powder, paprika powder, chili powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice, vinegar, salt to taste and rub the fish well. Marinate the fish for 30 minutes.
  3. Now brush the fish with oil. Bake the fish in oven for 35 minutes with 200 degree Fahrenheit. NOTE: Fish will release water while cooking. On the baking tray keep the fish elevated on a mesh. i.e. should not lie in the baking tray.

NOTES:

  1. Other whole fishes can be used as well.
