INGREDIENTS:

  1. Egg - 5
  2. Bread slices - 10
  3. Shallot or small onion - 100 grams
  4. Green chili - 2
  5. Curry leaves - 5
  6. Garlic - 3 cloves
  7. Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Oil - as needed
  11. Salt - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Finely chop onion (shallot), green chili, curry leaves, garlic.
  2. Break eggs into a bowl and add black pepper powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste and beat the egg.
  3. In a pan heat 1 teaspoon (tsp.) of oil, add onion, green chili, garlic, curry leaves and cook until onion turns golden brown, now add this to beaten egg and mix well.
  4. Now make few omelet with the beaten egg.
  5. Toast the bread slices, place the omelet between 2 break slices and serve.
