INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boiled egg - 4
  2. Chopped Green chili - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Chopped Mint leaf - little
  4. Chopped coriander leaf - little
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Oil - 4 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  11. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Slit the egg gently. This will help masala get into the egg.
  2. In a pan heat oil. Now add green chili and sauté. Now add mint leaf and sauté.
  3. Now add turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala powder, salt, black pepper powder and sauté in low heat until the raw smell is gone.
  4. Now add the egg and sauté until the egg is well coated with masala then serve.
