INGREDIENTS:

  1. Crab - 1 kilo gram
  2. Onion - 200 gram
  3. Tomatoes - 200 gram
  4. Coconut milk - 1 cup
  5. Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  6. Hot chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  7. Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
  8. Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  9. Lemon juice - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
  10. Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  11. Fennel powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  12. Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  13. Hot green chili - 2
  14. Oil - 1/4 cup
  15. Ginger paste - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
  16. Garlic paste - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
  17. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut onion, tomatoes, hot green chili into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, now add the onion and cook until turns golden brown.
  3. Now add the tomatoes, cut green chili, ginger paste, garlic paste and cook for 3-4 min.
  4. Now add Hot chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, fennel powder, black pepper powder and cook for 1 min.
  5. Now add a cup of water and let it boil. Now add the crab, coconut milk and bring to boil.
  6. Simmer and cook until it turns to a thick gravy.
