INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chicken - 1/2 Kg
  2. Onion Shallot - 3
  3. Unsalted Roasted Peanuts - 1/2 cup
  4. Hot Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  5. Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  6. Black pepper powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  7. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp)
  8. Tamarind juice (Soak tamarind ) - 1/4 cup or 3 teaspoon (tsp) tamarind paste
  9. Oil - 1/4 cup
  10. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind Peanuts into a powder (dry). Cut onion into very small pieces
  2. Clean the chicken, in blow mix and marinate the chicken with Hot Chili, coriander, turmeric powder
  3. In a heavy pan, heat the oil. Add onion and fry until golden brown
  4. Now add the marinated chicken, stir occasionally and cook for 5-10 min
  5. When the chicken in 3/4 cooked, add black pepper powder, tamarind juice, peanut powder and salt
  6. Stir and cook (add little water if needed) until the chicken is done well and oil separated from chicken (dry).
