In a pan heat oil. Now add dry chili, fenugreek seed, curry leaves and sauté until fenugreek seed turns golden brown.
Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell is gone.
Now add the chicken and sauté for 5 minutes by placing a lid and stir time to time to avoid burning.
Now add tomato sauce, soy sauce, chili sauce, chili powder, salt as needed and sauté for 1 minute.
Now add vinegar, dry ginger powder, fennel seed powder, garam masala powder. Sprinkle little water place the lid and cook in medium heat for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
