INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boneless chicken pieces - 1 kg
  2. Ginger paste - 1/2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  3. Garlic paste - 1/2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  4. Chili powder - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  5. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  6. Turmeric powder - a pinch
  7. Unsalted butter (optional) – as required
  8. Oil - as required
  9. Salt - as required

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl add chicken pieces, ginger paste, garlic paste, chili powder, lemon juice, turmeric powder, salt. Mix them well until the chicken pieces are well coated. Marinate this for 1 hour.
  2. After marinating, cook the chicken pieces till cooked.
  3. Heat the oil, 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan for shallow frying. Fry the chicken pieces in batches until they turn golden brown on both sides and serve.

NOTES:

  1. For better result do not add to many chicken pieces as this will reduce the oil temperature too soon. Keep the oil temperature close to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
