INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chicken - 1/4 kilogram
  2. Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Ginger paste - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Oil - 1/2 cup
  8. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut the chicken pieces into small pieces.
  2. In bowl add the chicken, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, chili powder, salt to taste, ginger paste, garlic paste. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Heat oil in a pan to 350 degree Fahrenheit (°F)
  4. Fry the marinated chicken pieces cooked to golden brown and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Keep the oil close to 350 degree Fahrenheit (°F) for best result
