INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chicken - 500 grams
  2. Egg - 1
  3. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.) or as needed
  5. Oil - 2 tablespoon (tsp.)
  6. Salt - 3/4 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut chicken in to big pieces.
  2. Break the egg in a bowl and beat well.
  3. Now add chicken, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste to the egg; mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
  4. In a pan heat oil, add the marinated chicken. Simmer and cook until the chicken is cooked and When oil begin to separate add black pepper powder sauté for few minutes and serve. NOTE: Chicken and egg will release water so no need to add water.
